Swedish Luggage Stickers? My high school makes its seniors do a project called a Senior Exit Portfolio, where we put together our school work from our four years and talk about how we will use it in our future. In MY future, I'm going to Sweden. Since a lot of kids package their portfolio in creative ways I thought I'd pack mine in a suitcase and cover it in Swedish luggage stickers (you know how cartoons always put silly tourist sticks on luggage). Anyways, I hopped into Google and went on a hunt for some stickers. I found a site called CafePress.com and it has plenty of sticker options, but its $4 each, and though that doesn't sound like much, I was hoping to get about ten stickers. I really don't want to pay $40 + shipping on this portfolio; it doesn't seem worth it. Does anyone know where I should look for a cheaper option?
Where i can buy philippine airline sticker for luggage? do you know where i can buy philippine and japan airline sticker? i just want to post the sticker at my luggage it's cool when you see your luggage done and full of different airlines but its first time to travel? where and how much japan and philippine airline sticker?
Those suitcase stickers are called "Luggage Labels"? That's not a question but there was no "answer option" anymore for that girl who asked about them
Can I put a cardboard box into checked luggage on Amtrak? I'm moving from New York to Erie PA and am traveling via Amtrak. I have a couple of large cardboard boxes full of various items that I planned on shipping to myself. Would it be possible just to put them into checked luggage instead? Also, one package is an LCD computer monitor. If I have the original styrofoam protectors, bubble wrap and "Fragile" stickers on the box, should I worry about damage?
airline check in luggage "fragile' sticker? When checking-in luggage with a red fragile sticker (the one with wine glass symbol) Do airline staff/airport handlers deal with such luggage more carefully? Are "fragile" luggage collected separately upon arrival or are placed on the same conveyer belt as other luggage? Is there an extra charge for requesting a "fragile" sticker to be placed on luggage? Thanks.
There used to be this movie and on the cover it there was a little girl, parrot, and possibly a luggage case? the girl was hispanic (maybe?), and the parrot was parrot-y, her luggage case had stickers on it like a lot, and this movie must have been from like the 90s or 80s, and produced by like disney or something. the girl was like either an only child or she was like deaf, i forget it exactly DO YOU KNOW THE NAME OF IT? YESSSS IT WAS PAULIE thank you soo much, my friend and me kept thinking it was called Polly
What does it mean when you dream that you are rushing to catch a flight at an airport? and then they told me I had to print out stickers to check my luggage in so I had to go to this machine to do that and i had to insert money and it gave me back a bunch of change that was a different currency (LIKE A LOT) and i was like wtf am i going to do with this useless money so I left it on the floor and proceeded to run to catch my flight. what does this weird dream mean?
lost item from checked luggage? I flew with JetBlue in a direct flight from NY to Tucson and when I got my luggage, two of the pockets were open and there were a couple of items missing (my prescription glasses included). I talked to the company and they told me to file a claim that I now have to notarize. Is there any possibility they will actually find my glasses or should I be waiting for the money I reported the glasses costed or should I wait for nothing at all? I don't know how the pockets got opened, and it looks like the airport authorities would not do that without putting a sticker on the bag to let me know they opened it. What do I do?
Can I take a guitar on an international flight in the passenger area? Im buying a bass guitar from overseas. Can I bring it in the passenger area with me so it doesnt get SCRATCHED? Or does it go down with the luggage. If its down with the luggage can it get SCRATCHED? Can they put a sticker saying Fragile? Thanks
Prop 65 warning for luggage locks? I bought a set of 2 mini brass luggage locks that had the Prop 65 warning sticker on the back of the package: WARNING: This products contains a chemical known to the State of CA to cause cancer. This product contains a chemical known to the Sate of CA to cause birth defects or other reproductive harm. But they are just luggage locks. How can they cause cancer? Is the warning really meant for toddlers who might put the locks in their mouths? Just by touching the locks, I am not going to get cancer, right?
What happens when a magnet is scanned in an x-ray machine? Given that x-rays, MRIs, and other scanning equipment use electromagnetism, what effect does scanning a magnet have on the x-ray equipment as well as the image that would be produced from it being scanned? I'm particularly curious about what a magnetic bumper sticker might look like inside of a suitcase while going through airport security, and if it would distort the image in any meaningful way or cause an equipment malfunction that would necessitate a further manual inspection of the contents of the luggage.
Looking for Canadian Flags etc. for display on luggage while Travelling.? Looking for Canadian Flags (Stickers, Pins, Cloth Badges Etc).
Luggage Wedding Gift, should I take the tag off? hehe NOT the price tag, of course that will NOT be on the luggage bag for the bride and groom. Its the "MACY'S" Tag that I am wondering about. There is a really pretty macys sticker that goes all the way accross the top. It actually looks nice, so I thought, should I just keep it on there? The couple lives in a small town where I used to live and they dont have a macys there. I dont even shop at macys b/c they tend to have higher prices. I went there b/c I knew I could get a quality gift for this young couple in there late 20's. (that is also my age as well) So is it tacky? Normally I would NEVER leave a tag on...but this is a nice/finer dept store...and like I said it actually looks good on there...but I will take it off if it is tacky. I will also be including the gift receipt....or should I not...? Thanks.
What's Wrong With My Luggage? My bags always get checked! Yes, I mean the ones that go down under. Each time I get my bags back they have a sticker that says TSA and something is always moved. Things that would be impossible to move during the flight (a deck of cards that was put under a radio was somehow moved on top of the radio). Once I've had two bags before and they both got checked. Even when one had nothing but a blanket and a radio in it! So what I want to know is what in the world is wrong with the things that are in my luggage that would have to be checked every time I go to the airport?? The list of everything that I have in my luggage almost every time I travel: *Cloths- shirts, pants, belts, etc. *My IDock (radio) *Some CDs *Bathroom Supplies- shampoo, conditioner, hairspray, brushes, nail polish, etc. *Some Electronic Chargers *A Blanket and a Pillow Harmless things right!! Oh wait there's a killer pillow in there, gotta take that out! Haha. Really? Its stupid. So what do you think it is that they have to check my bags every time I go on a plane??
Carrying the contraceptive pill abroad? I am currently on Dianette as a contraceptive pill and am flying to Turkey. I've never travelled by plane before so I'm completely clueless... can you take pills in your luggage? They are prescribed drugs after all... but do I have to have a doctors note or will the box with the sticker on saying my name and doctors surgery name be acceptable? I phoned the doctors surgery and they said a doctors note isnt needed but some websites are saying otherwise.
Can u please help me translate these words into Bahasa Indonesia? 1) fragile, 2) stroller, or pram, or buggy? We are flying with our baby to Bali, and the plan is to give the stroller as one checked luggage. I would like to put a sticker on the stroller transport bag saying that it is "fragile" and that it is a "stroller". Many thanks
Do you get angry when you see others treat your elders with disrespect? My aunt is a very well educated and successful 75 year old woman. I took her to the airport, because she had injured herself a few days before. We got her a wheelchair and gave the luggage to the skycap. The skycap practically ignored us, slapped some stickers on the luggage and then said: "You're done" under his breath. My aunt asked: "How did you know which flight I would be on?". The guy said: "Magic" and continued to ignore her. There was a definite awkward pause. I was offended, that he had treated her like a child and I did not appreciate the way he was interacting with her. I kept quiet. I figured if it didn't bother my aunt, then it shouldn't bother me. But I could tell that my aunt also got the impression that he was disrespecting her in front of all of those listening. Once we clearly got the message, he explained that he had checked her tags, looked up her name and then known what flight she would be on. I know the guy got a rise out of me, because I was afraid he would put the luggage on the wrong plane. He reminded me of all the times adults would lie to me and manipulate me as a kid. They would not answer your questions, ignore you and screw with you. Then they would laugh in your face. You would never get the answer or know what was going on. People treat kids like crap, and this guy transported my aunt and myself back to those times when we were disrespected like children. I am extending compassion to that guy, because I am sure that is how he treats his kids. He probably gets treated that way all day long, since he lives at the bottom of society. But it really ticked me off, to think that some low class moron would disrespect my aunt in front of my face, while I brought her to them with a wheelchair. Should I have threatened him or punched him in the face? I really wish I had. It pisses me off that other people disrespect others that way. It especially pisses me off to think they do that to actual children, who can't fight back. What an idiot.
need help lost my baggage in al jouf and the airport says they are not liable of the lost if it happens during? lost it during my check in unfortunately they did not put sticker in my boarding pass that i didn't notice when i reach the riyadh airport cant find my luggage
Can we travel in the plane with a small bottle of poison with the sticker on it which says POISON.? i mean to travel with the poison in the big luggage bag which goes in the plane cargo.
Considering the 9/11 hijackers, shouldn't anyone with a "God is my co-pilot"? bumper sticker on their luggage be prevented from getting on a commercial airliner? death from above: i lost a friend on 9/11 too, and i worked just down the street from the WTC for four years (but had moved 2 years before 9/11). The fact is that the last thing heard on the data recorder is "Allah Akbar"

Flying to Israel with a laptop? Ok, I'm an Israeli citizen, but an Arab (non Jew!). I always get grief at the airport, the stuff I buy is usually partly broken by the luggage guys who practically destroyed my suitcase last time, and also my luggage is segregated from everyone elses (there's stickers used at Ben Gurion which distinguish between Arabs and everyone else! :P). Also, my dad had stuff stolen from his suitcase last time (there's no point complaining, no one wants to know!!). This isn't my point, my point is I reallllllllly want to take my laptop (Come on! Three weeks on my own at my grandparents house!!), however my mum thinks I'm mad. Her exact words were "Are you stupid?? You're an Arab with a LAPTOP, they will DESTROY IT!!). MY question is, do you think it's safe to bring or will the Israelis literally take it apart (can they do that?...it wouldn't surpsise me!). I'm really worried they will harm it, when I was bringing a shisha pipe back to London they treated it like a pipe bomb!
Travel Themed Wedding Non Destination? My DF and I are both interested in traveling and history, seeing the world. We tossed around ideas about doing a themed wedding, hosting the reception at a museum and doing things to incorporate travel such as using "tickets" as programs for the ceremony, using foods from all over the world, and each centerpiece/table done in a different country/region of the world (or maybe like seven wonders). Or using luggage--- (like the old style with all of the stickers on them, before they had passports, haha). Too much going on! Can we do a travel theme in a museum? Or do you think there will be enough going on in the museum that a traditional formal wedding would be enough? Well, we are in Detroit Area and he used to work at Henry Ford Museum-- parts of which arent THAT fascinating as far as decor and other parts of which are--- so that venue was almost chosen for us, haha. If we can't get it on a day we want (we are going for mid-may ) then we have a couple other ideas in mind (Willow Run Airport, Cider Mill, a few others that could probably stand to be decorated!)
Does anyone know where i can buy a bag like the one in this link? http://www.jetoy.co.kr/ if you type in the words: look at me name tag, in the search tool it will come up with some cute cat luggage tags, when you scroll down you will see a bag with cool world travel stickers all over it. thats the one i'm after :) I have looked all over ebay, Italian leather shops and any other places I could think of, but there is nothing that comes close to the design of this holdall/briefcase. Any help you could provide would be greatly appreciated. Cheers :) oh and happy Christmas and new year! X
Bon Voyage Party Ideas? I'm having a bon voyage party in a week and I need favors! I'm going to Europe mainly Italy France and Spain for the next 4 months so that's the theme. I saw some luggage tags, but they're all pretty expensive, I also saw some cool tins that had stickers and stuff from different places in Europe in them and mini tin suitcases to put candy in, but they are all really expensive like 10 or more dollars each. Does anyone know any cheaper alternatives for this theme. About 30 people are coming so the favors would preferably be about a dollar and change each and the site would have to have rush shipping. Also I need ideas for theme related games to play at the party. Thanks!
Flying with my dog in SAS airlines in August, What is the process? I'm going to Denmark at the end of August and I have been preparing my dog all month (Border collie, blood test, passport, microchip, etc), shes a very nervous dog when it comes to crowds and I was wondering what is the process for checking in a dog at a airport? And also, how do I book my ticket along with the dog online? I have been trying to research this all week and all I get is info on prices not the process. Do officials investigate the carrier cage before the flight? Do I book and pay for her ticket at the airport when we get there? Am I allowed to bring her down to the plane? (She will be cargo, shes 15kg and to big to go in the cabin) Is their any special stickers or items (bowls, blankets, etc) I have to get for her cage? What will happen once I land? Do I have to go collect her immediatly before I collect my other luggage? I'm flying with SAS, from Ireland to Denmark. Thank you to anyone who answers, I'm really worried.
Fragile Items on Airlines? I am going to London and I am taking a fragile item with me that I will be checking in at the airport. Do I tell the airlines counter that I have a fragile item so they can maybe put a sticker on it or do I have to make a sticker and then simply check all the luggage in?? Please Help!

Double Customs Confiscation at George Bush Intercontinental Airport, Houston, Texas (IAH)? Early this month, my wife and I arrived in George Bush Intercontinental Airport, Houston, Texas (IAH) from our vacation.  We declared some "commercial merchandise" on US Customs Form 6059b. Those goods are samples and articles for sale (childrens toys and accessories). I have a small bookstore in our hometown. We estimated the "total value of all goods" was less than a $1000 for both of us. My wife bought several replica handbags on our trip for her friends in the US. When the customs officers (at least three officers) searched our luggages, they didn't believe those handbags are personal items. They also said they look like the real, brand-name bags that cost easily over $2000. We gave them the receipts that show the purchase prices in foreign currency. They totaled the prices, and converted the total to US Dollar. Still, they didn't believe they cost less than $500. They said our luggages would be shipped to our hometown, and we needed a customs broker to clear our commercial merchandise. They also said they tried to contact our airlines (Singapore Airlines) office in Houston to get the proper forms, but could not reach anyone. A week later we went back to Houston and stopped by SQ cargo and Houston Customs (CBP) with a detailed list of all the goods that we purchased on our vacation. We talked to a CBP officer in the front office, and showed him the list. He said he would personally open our luggages and destroy anything improper or not labeled correctly. I signed a form saying it's OK for him to do so. About three weeks later, the same CBP officer called me, and said our luggages are cleared and ready for pickup. We went back to SQ cargo to pick up our luggages. When we got home, my wife found out her personal items were taken in the second round of confiscation: . Several replica ladies handbags, . One new ladies watch she bought at Macy's in Texas before our vacation, . Several new ladies scarfs, and . One new table runner. I was fortunate none of my personal belongings (books, medicines, food, etc.) were taken in the second round of confiscation. Also none of childrens merchandise (stickers, toys, arts and crafts, etc.) for my bookstore were taken. In retrospect, IAH CBP cost us much time and money by prolonging this ordeal for about a month when they could have confiscated the ladies handbags in the first round of confiscation on the day of our arrival. We clearly told the CBP officers they were replica handbags, and we showed them their sales receipts as proofs. However, they chose to ignore our claims and sales receipts, and asked us to get a customs broker to clear our goods instead. Our mistake was that we brought the ladies handbags to IAH with us, and we did not ask the CBP officers to take and destroy them in the first round of confiscation. What would you have done in this situation?
Canada Airport Customs URGENT? On Tuesday, I will be coming back to Canada from vacation overseas in Europe. I'm bringing 9 packs of cigarettes(180 cigs) and 1 liter of alcohol. The limit in Ontario states that if you are 19 and over, you may bring up to 200 cigs (1 carton or 10 packs) and 1.14 liters of alcohol. I turn 20 in September. Here's my problem, or a few. First, the alcohol is made at home from fermented raspberries and added sugar, it's apparently 70-90% in volume of how high the level is, so in any case if they ask me what the level is, should I say just 40-50?. It will also be placed in a plastic 1 liter bottle of what was mineral water, because it will break in a glass bottle. Now here's my question, when they give me that fillout paper on the route to Canada, should I play stupid and put nothing to declare and if they check luggage, say it was put on my luggage without my knowledge? or should I straight out tell them that I have this amount of alcohol and cigs? I've traveled for over 10 years back and forth to Europe to see family, but this is my first time traveling with alcohol and cigarettes. The cigarettes have a sticker under the plastic wrap which means that it is not illegal, purchased in my country. What should I do? play dumb or be responsible? And when/if they do check my luggage, will they remove my alcohol just because it's packaged in a mineral water beverage bottle? I am also bringing some gifts and lots of chocolate, will they take that too? Are they assholes like that? I'm obviously under the limit, they should just check it, confirm it and let me be, but they won't, will they? None of the items I have are from duty-free shops.
Can i bring a laser pointer on plane? Can i bring my 125mW viper green laser pointer on a plane if i DO NOT put in in my carry on? If i put it in my luggage underneath? I have brought knives home in my luggage and have had no problems because they were not in my carry on. Do you think they have the same policy about lasers? The only problem is that any laser about 5mW is illegal in U.S. Will it be OK on the plane Should I peel off the sticker that says the mW?? I don't need you people badgering me. Just give me a simple answer.
does this make u want to read more? I've never fallen in love in my life, but this was a great time to start. I knew something inside me said 'I love him', even tough he wasn't really human. The dark dawn began, then the crimes started, I didn't know who to trust now, not even him. "So ready to leave”, my mother said after closing my old house in LA. "Yup I’m ready,” I assured her. I lived there my whole life with my older sister, Jasmine and my father Levi, it was then when my dad’s wife Emma and his children, years: one of 12, 13, and the last of my age 18, Ron, Ray, and Emily stayed with us. I really didn't mind Emily living with us because she was like my best friend, but her little brothers! They were serious problems, just like their mother. My mother gathered all the luggage’s and placed them on her new black Chevrolet truck, 2010 and a striker on the back that said 'mommy on board'. I looked at the truck, then at the sticker. “Nice truck, specially the sticker". I announced. She gave me a big gigantic smile while getting in the truck I reached the other side and sneaked in. “This is my car John tough that we both needed a car, you remember John right?” “Yeah he'll be a great step dad for me. Are you guys rich or something”? I totally changed the subject. “Not to brag about it, but sort of we don't have any problems with money,” she continued. “Do you prefer car or plane?” mom asked randomly. “I really don't like heights.” I said. “Its fine with me but, it’s a long way”. “It’s OK.” I assured her. We passed a sign that said Los Angeles exit. It was 8:00 pm, I rolled down my window and stuck my head out, and the moon was bigger than ever. “How you been this couple of days?” “Great, I think.” “Are you ready to go back to school?” “Do I really have to go to that school?” I asked with a sight. “yes dear I told you I’ll be fine and that's the only school close by.” when my mother came to take me to her, and John house she talked to me about that school, she told me that they were many bad kids in there. I'm not a trouble girl but when I get pissed I get pissed. I laid my seat back and placed my hands on my face. “Kate you’re not going to be there alone! Remember John is the principal...” I gave a big breath and let it out. “Is that why you’re worried? Because the other kids would treat you bad because your step dad is the principal?” “No mom, that doesn't have to do with all this, I really miss my house, my dad and even my step sister that was like my best friend.” “Emily is going to be fine, and now my house is your house.” “But my dad I can't...” “K how was the funeral?” she interrupted. “You know everybody loved your father, especially his two kids, his wife and Emily!” I kept staring at my fingers. “It was okay, everybody was there. I’ve lied, Emma his wife didn't even show up. The only persons there in that room were Emily, me, and his dead body. “It’ll be fine, god doesn't do this stuff to hurt you, it was just meant to be. “ I really don't want to talk about this.” I announced. “Okay but you need to accept my present.” I gasped up at her, she handed me a little box with a red ribbon on it while I leaned forward with the seat, and I grabbed it and placed it between my legs. “Please open it! John and I have a surprise for you.” she insisted. I pulled out the ribbon, and opened the little box; a little angel made up of gold was there. “Thanks mom it’s beautiful!” One day passed and we still had 15 hours to get to Miami Florida. It’s a long way I was board already IV been using my laptop all the way and now my eyes were very tiring, I couldn't even sleep. Mom was all talking of John, now I believe I knew him since I was born. He was an intelligent, funny, straight guy. We finally got to John's a mom's house. Now mine too. John was waiting for us. He ran to the truck, opened my mom's door then mine. “Hey Kate, I am very sorry about your Levi.” he said with a low voice. “Thanks and thanks for the little key chain its beautiful.” he nodded. “...and wouldn't it be as beautiful with a key car on it?” Yeah. I walked three steps to the truck and stopped, and turned around to John. “But I don't have a car.” I said confuse. Mom gave me a wink and threw me the key. “You do now”. She said. “Don’t think is that one.” John said pointing out a white suburban 2010. “Yours in the second garage a red convertible mustang with black seats and a white stereo, I know those are your favorite colors.” he explained. “After you finish putting your stuff in your room, John would take you and your car to a mechanic.” “Is the car working?” I said with a worried voice. “Yes it’s that the day before yesterday John forgot to activate the alarm and thieves came into the garage and stole some parts since your car has a detector they wouldn't dare taking the car. Cool now mom would know where I am! John lead me to my room I really can't remember the way I would get lost in here. He toke me for a The Ceremony of the Ross.
Can I pack prescription pills in my carry on when flying? I'm flying out of the Buffalo International Airport to San Antonio and was wondering if I can pack prescription birth control pills in my carry on. I'm a little worried about something happening to my checked luggage and am trying to carry important items with me. Is this allowed? There's a sticker inside the case with my name and prescription from Rite Aid Pharmacy. Do I have to pack them any special way? I can't find any info about prescription PILLS, only liquids. I even tried calling the airport but only got a recording that was unhelpful. Any info would be greatly appreciated (but please source).
Prescription medication on an airplane? Hi guys, I'm going to be working in Florida soon and I'm taking enough prescription medication with me to last the entire year. That is quite alot of medication! I've got the doctor to write me a letter explaining that it's been prescribed for a reason and I'm not some crazy prescription drug addict. However, do I need to take all of the medication in my hand luggage? Can I put it in my main case instead? Should I declare it? If it matters, they are in tablet form and all in sealed boxes with a sticker on the outside stating my name and dosage.
Thanks.

BUt Cebu Pacific lost the bggage of my husband. After 3 days, when we'll going back to Hk (where we reside), we found his luggage in the warehouse without any sticker. The damage and inconvenience they caused us cannot be computed. NOBODY out of the 10 tel nos and 10 people we ar edealing with, can even tell us, what we will do. . the shmae it brought us I cant tell. My complaint right now, we bought some clothes for replacement, but they dont want to pay it back, coz I only have the credit card receipts.I got no receipt because nobody fr Cebu Pacific told me what to do they dont even entertain us.
